What is true nobility?  Is it to be just a level of status that people hold over each others heads?  Or is it the character portrayed in our daily lives that serves a greater purpose for the needs of others?
Dive deep into the character of a person and you will catch a glimpse of their soul.

If you can dare to dream then you can dare to love.  For love is just like being in a dream, everything seems so surreal.

Trust In God

Each day we all face different circumstances.  Some which are strenuous and stretch us, others that are more relaxing and tolerable.  For the most of us, we like to plan out our events to reduce the circumstances of life that can make things some what difficult.  There is nothing wrong with this at as long as your plans are willing to follow God's.

At times, God likes to get us into awkward positions, to stretch our faith in Him.  These positions may be through times of trials or change within varying time periods.  And those changes may not go along with our plans that we have laid out for ourselves for the future. We may find ourselves stuck in a hard position where we have to choose between two separate plans.  God's and ours.

Now there are promises in the Bible that help get us to go along with God's way.  These promises contain good will for choosing God's path.  One of these promises is in Proverbs 16:3 "Commit to the LORD whatever you do, and your plans will succeed. "(NIV).  This gives us hope in the completion of our plans.  That if we give it up to God and He agrees with it, we will succeed in our means to accomplishing it.

However there are other verses in the Bible that state that no matter what plans that we make.  God's plans will be done to His will.  An example of this is Proverbs 16:9 "In his heart a man plans his course, but the LORD determines his steps."(NIV).  Or another example of this is Proverbs 19:21 "Many are the plans in a man's heart, but it is the LORD's purpose that prevails."(NIV). These verses give us a clear indication that God will have His way in our life, but the key thing for us to do to benefit from it is to submit to His will.

When we ask Jesus into our hearts as our personal saviour, we give up the right to live a life for ourselves.  We at that point make an allegiance to Him so that we can serve His purpose through our lives.  This is why it is critical for us to consider what God may want to do in our lives.  To allow God to have input on where He wants us to go, that we give God room in our plans.  Because if we do allow Him to take control, He will use us in such a way that even our dreams could not compare to what we would experience.  God can use us to do amazing things.

I leave this decision up to you.  Will you learn to trust in God and rely on Him for your plans in life?  To trust Him to direct you in ways you would never imagine?  Or are you going to keep on making your own plans and not give room for God to speak into your life?  To not trust in Him for guidance or to provide for you on your journey through life?

The Endless Fight

I honestly feel that Christianity is not meant to be an easy lifestyle.  It should at times be a struggle or something that may feel like a crawling experience.  In todays society I feel like most Christians make it seem like being a Christian means that everything is comfy and that there is no strain.  But this view is not realistic in the least.  Jesus even said that we would go through struggles in our lifetime.  Even the letters of the New Testament dictate to us Christians today that life is not easy being Christians.

Personally, the times of suffering and hardships are times of edification.  A time where my focus is directed back to God and where He can guide me to his will while my heart is humbled.  Through those bad experiences it causes us to remember that God is always with us and is not going to leave us even though at times we choose to ignore Him.  That His love is endless and we are so unworthy of it.

The best way that I can think of it is that we are warriors for Jesus, and that we need to keep up the fight even when it gets tough.  Instead of going back to the barricade, why not keep on fighting.  To give your whole heart into the fight when you see the enemy coming.  Looking at the odds that seem over powering and realizing that God can totally conquer it.  It gives us strength to keep going in the long hall.  Dare to fight, dare to risk, dare to live.  Because it's when we are willing to put ourselves on the line that we truly discover God and His will for us.
